What is BusiB?
BusiB is a virtual bookkeeping platform from BusiB LLC, a Florida company based in Pensacola. You snap a receipt or talk or text Bea, its AI bookkeeper, and each transaction is sorted into the right expense or income category and tax-classified for your accountant.
Who is Bea?
Bea is the AI bookkeeper inside BusiB, and she is live for customers today. You tell her what a charge was for in plain English, and she categorizes it, files it to the right business or property, and keeps your books current.
Is BusiB the same as BUSY?
No. BusiB (busib.co) is not BUSY, the Indian accounting software. The two products are unrelated companies with different names, owners, and features.
Can I do bookkeeping by texting or talking?
Yes. That is the core of BusiB: talk it or text it to Bea, and she records and categorizes the transaction. Talk it. Text it. Track it. Done.
Can it read receipt photos?
Yes. Snap a photo of a receipt and BusiB reads it, sorts the expense into the right category, and keeps the image with the transaction for tax time. That is what we mean by Touch It Once.
Does BusiB file my taxes?
No. The BusiB software does not file tax returns. It keeps your transactions categorized and tax-classified so your accountant or tax preparer has what they need.
Do you offer tax prep?
Yes, as a separate paid service. Tax preparation is not part of the BusiB subscription, and you can ask for a tax prep quote on the cleanup quote form.
Can you catch up my books?
Yes. Books Cleanup is a paid catch-up bookkeeping service for books that are behind, uncategorized, or messy. Fill out the cleanup quote form in about 3 minutes and your quote arrives within 1 business day.
Can you move me over from QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, or spreadsheets?
Yes, and migration is included with BusiB. We move you over from QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, or spreadsheets. Xero and Wave use the same migration method as QuickBooks.
Do you work with Florida businesses?
Yes. BusiB LLC is a Florida company based in Pensacola, and we work with Florida business owners, investors, and contractors as well as owners in other states.
Is it good for real estate investors and contractors?
Yes. BusiB was built by a real estate operator, so it tracks multiple LLCs, properties, and projects. Contractors can snap receipts at the supply house and tag costs to the job.
How much does it cost?
BusiB has two plans: Solo at $129 per month for one business, and Multi at $199 per month for multiple LLCs, properties, or business lines. Books Cleanup and tax prep are separate paid services, quoted individually.
